Who can buy Leonardo Shoes products?

The site is reserved exclusively for authorized dealers. To access the online store and purchase, you must register using the form in the " REGISTRATION " section of the site. After checking this data, we will create an account for you and send you an email that will allow you to select your personal password and you will be ready to make your first purchase!

How can I place an order online?

  • Access the site with your login details from the “ACCOUNT” section
  • Select the products by entering the quantities for each size and add them to the cart.

Minimums accepted:

Shoes: 7 per product code/color across size variations (Ex: Shoe_X_Black : 1/37, 1/38, 2/39, 1/40, 1/41)

Jackets: 3 per product code/color across size variations (Ex: Jacket-X-Black: 1/L, 1/M, 1/S)

Bags: 5 per product code/color (Ex: Bag_X_Black : 5)

  • View your order summary and confirm your order by clicking the "Check Out" button.
  • Fill in the shipping details and click on “COMPLETE ORDER”

You will immediately receive a copy of your request by email, which will be confirmed by us within 48 hours, only this second confirmation will have effective value.

What are the delivery terms?

We usually deliver in 20-30 days. Delivery terms depend on the quantity and type of products requested and will be indicated in the order confirmation.

Can I request changes to the items I ordered?

Yes, you can request changes or additional work on items within 5 days of placing your order. Requests must be sent in writing to wholesale@leonardoitalianfashion.com . Changes will only be accepted if confirmed in writing by the company, which reserves the right to redefine the price based on the changes requested.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, cancellation is possible, but the conditions depend on the order status:

  • Before receiving the final order: there are no costs.
  • During the production of the products: the customer will be required to pay 50% of the order value.

What are the prices and applicable taxes?

The prices indicated on the leonardoitalianfashion.com website are expressed in Euros, net of VAT. Any taxes, duties or charges applicable in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. The system automatically applies VAT based on the VAT number entered during registration, according to the following categories:

  • VAT 22% ITALY
  • NON-TAXABLE VAT (art. 8/c) for habitual exporters
  • VAT EXEMPT (art. 41 intra EEC, art. 8/a extra EEC, art. 58 triangulation)

How are shipping costs handled?

Shipping costs are always paid by the customer. You can use your own trusted courier or request a personalized quote with one of our couriers taking advantage of advantageous rates.

For shipments to non-EU countries, duties and customs charges may apply, according to local regulations. Transport insurance must be expressly requested by the customer, who will bear the costs.

How can I get a personalized shipping quote?

You will not automatically see shipping costs in your cart. To get a personalized quote, follow these steps:

  1. Add products to cart.
  2. Before checkout, enter “Collect with my courier” or “Request a quote with Leonardo Shoes courier” in the “Notes” and confirm the order.

You will receive a quote by email. You can accept it, cancel the order or arrange your own shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment for your order can only be made by bank transfer to the bank indicated on the invoice.

  • 50% upon order confirmation;
  • 50% balance due upon shipment confirmation.

Any other payment methods are possible only with prior authorization from Leonardo Italian Fashion Srl .
